Try this beautiful Beef Goulash which appeal to just about anyone because they're flavoursome and succulent
1. Heat frypan, ensure it is hot. Add onion and garlic. Add beef mince and cook. Brown the mince, breaking up any lumps with a fork.
2. Add red kidney beans, tomato, green chilli and cook for about 5 minutes.
3. Add in tomato paste, water and spices. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
4. Serve hot and add cheese to taste.
